Upon arrival, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean and the lush greenery surrounding the hotel. the service we received was top, notch, with attentive staff always eager to assist us with our needs.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the check, out process, where they failed to provide us with a closing statement. this was promptly resolved through email.
